  • Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Customers must contact us with photos of the issue before returning any item.

Custom Orders Policy

  • Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled or returned once production begins.
  • Colors, stones, and details may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each piece.

Permanent Jewelry Policy

  • Permanent jewelry is custom-fitted and therefore non-refundable.
  • Chains can break due to daily wear and tear; repairs are available for a small fee.
  • AG Jewelry is not responsible for lost chains.
  • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Warranty Policy

30-Day Warranty

  • We stand behind the quality of our work.
  • If your piece experiences a craftsmanship issue within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
  • Normal wear, accidental damage, tarnishing due to improper care, and lost items are not covered.
